Return Policy

30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Items that show signs of wear will not qualify for a return. Before sending any item back, please contact us at hello@fable.com

Proof of Purchase
Please keep your order confirmation, as it may be required to process your return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Preorder Policy

All preorder items are made to order and reserved specifically for you. Because of this, all preorder purchases are final sale while your order is in production and prior to shipment.

Once your item has shipped and been delivered, it will then fall under our standard 30-day return policy.

Refunds

  • Processing Time
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund Amount
    Refunds include the cost of the item only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Non-Refundable Items
    Gift cards, promotional items, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away at hello@fable.com so we can help resolve it quickly.
